Cancellation Policy


CANCELLATION POLICY: 


Thank you for choosing Amabella Aesthetics & Anti-Aging.


We love and take pride in providing our patients with professional services and are courteous of their time.


In order for us to maintain efficiency in our practice, as well as giving full consideration to the attending physician and support staff, it is necessary for us to implement this cancellation policy.


It is imperative that you thoroughly check your personal calendar to ensure the treatment date is ideal for you when scheduling your appointment in order to avoid associated fees.


DEPOSITS ARE REQUIRED TO BOOK AND SECURE ALL APPOINTMENTS. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-NEGOTIABLE.


Deposits and cancellation fees will vary depending on the type of service being scheduled.


Spa facials require a $30 fee

and Hydrafacials will require a $50 fee.


Injectables/InMode/Surgery will require a $100 fee.


Cancellations less than 72 hours before your treatment date will be charged a non-refundable administrative cancellation fee - payable at the time of subsequent, available appointment booking.


If another appointment is not made, the patient will not be charged the cancellation fee but will not be allowed to make another appointment until the remaining balance is paid in full. You will also lose your deposit in its entirety.


Amabella Anti-Aging & Aesthetics will send a confirmatory email before all appointments and a confirmatory text before appointments to all patients.


If appointment(s) are not confirmed with Amabella Aesthetics within two (2) business days of their scheduled appointment, their appointments will automatically be cancelled and will be subject to all cancellation terms.


If you need to reschedule your appointment in advance of 14 calendar days from your appointment date, you will be charged a non-refundable administrative rescheduling fee of $100. The rescheduled appointment date cannot exceed six (6) weeks from the original appointment date. The original deposit paid will then be applied towards the procedure costs of the new appointment date. If suitable date fulfilling the aforementioned requirements cannot be made, the appointment will be canceled, resulting in loss of your deposit. However, the $100 rescheduling fee will not be assessed.


Rescheduling your appointment within 14 calendar days is not permitted once your date has been secured and deposit is accepted. Any attempt to reschedule an appointment within 14 calendar days of the original appointment date will result in loss of your deposit. Please provide your full name, date of original appointment, and reason for change of appointment.


LATE POLICY

Furthermore, if you are more than 30 minutes late for your appointment, your appointment will be cancelled resulting in loss of your deposit. NO-SHOW POLICY No-show is considered failure to cancel/reschedule or failure to show for a scheduled appointment altogether.


If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will forfeit the full amount of your deposit.


In addition, you will not be allowed to book a subsequent appointment with Amabella Aesthetics & Anti Aging until all of the following criteria are fulfilled:


1. The total remaining balance of the previously forfeited procedure is paid in FULL 2. Deposit for subsequent appointment is paid

3. Forfeited funds cannot be used towards future appointments/rescheduling

4. Subsequent appointments are subject to availability All patients are responsible and subject to all terms expressed herein.


NO exceptions will be made. We reserve the right to refuse appointments to any client who has demonstrated disregard for our policies. Thank you and we look forward to seeing you!
